Frank is a composer, writer, speaker, and performer, who has also been an insurance adjuster and P.I.* for many years. After Frank's memories of being drugged and raped in childhood surfaced, and when the public became aware of the more than a thousand sexual crimes committed against children by Frank's perpetrator, ex-priest James Robert Porter (D.O.B. 2 January 1935), the focus of much of Frank's music and writing changed.
